My husband and I recently began renting a house through Provest Realty, being guided and assisted by Melanie. She was amazing! She quickly responded to ALL questions within minutes and expedited our paperwork so that we could move in sooner. We are so lucky that we got to work with her at Provest Realty. Had a great experience with Provest Reality from start to finish. Loved the ease of scheduling viewings of properties. Great customer service agents with viewing appointments. The application process was simple and quick. Melanie was very friendly and answered all of our questions promptly. Highly recommend Provest over other reality companies in the high desert. Looking for a new home is a stressful process and that wasn't the case with the helpful staff at Provest.

Hired Provest Realty as a property manager for my rental in Apple Valley based on the great online reviews. They definitely lived up to the hype. Pricing is very reasonable. The entire staff is professional and competent. Truly feel like I'm in good hands.

I would like to write about my experience for the last few years with Provest and recommend this company to everyone who needs property management. This team is excellent and they work very well together and provide excellent customer service to the owners and the tenants. I worked with multiple property managements before and my experience with Provest is above and beyond excellent. There are no hidden fees in Provest company, and the Provest Team explains everything in detail. I highly recommend Provest Team to the Landlords and to the tenants. Thank you so much Provest Team! I've been working with Provest for over 2 years now. They are very responsive and on top of everything. The staff is very knowledgeable about the regional area, laws and regulations, and they have a network of quality contractors who provide reasonable rates. I think I've worked with all their staff, but mostly with Russ, Todd, Weston, Emily and Melanie.

Provest Realty & Property Management has been nothing but Awesome! Mr. R. Weston has been very professional, kind and very knowledgeable. He was very patient with us and answered all our questions. We live in Florida and renting out our home California. That’s quite a distance. But with this company if feels like we are closer. Communication has been great. Their loyalty and dedication to what they do shines bright. I would would recommend Provest Realty and Property Management to anyone. You get so much more than what you are paying for.

Provest Realty & Property Management is so great to work with. If any maintenance requests are made, they are on top of it and have any work done quickly. The vendors they send out have been great. Provest is so easy to work with and have great communication with us tenants.
